HPHM present at the Universal Forum of Cultures -  Monterrey 2007

Mexico will be seat of the second Universal Forum of Cultures - Monterrey 2007, where Habitat for Humanity Mexico will host a dialogue on the World Habitat Day 2007 theme: A safe city is a just city, to be held on October 4 with the attendance of experts in the housing issue. 

The participation of HPHM is part of the World Habitat Day celebrations, designated by the United Nations on the first Monday in October, to reflect on the state of human settlements and raise awareness of the basic right to adequate shelter for all.  It is also intended to remind the world of its collective responsibility for the future of the human habitat.
